exhibition space in support of the Emergent Artist Exhibition Program at the Milton Art Museum
Emergent Artist Exhibition Series
An exhibition of twelve selected works that symbolically share
the artist’s observation that thread is a basic visual aspect of
continuity and change. The use of various fibers like thread, string,
yarn and rope appear in a variety of mediums that include
photo-scans, collage,monoprints, and linocut.Marie is a member
of the 4th Floor Artists located in the ET Wright Building in
Marie holds a BFA from Mass College of Art, a MA from Pius XII
Institute in Florence , Italy and a CAGS from Bridgewater State
College. She has taught art at all levels including teaching many
years as an Adjunct Professor in the Creative Arts in Learning
Graduate Program for Lesley College
in public, private and museum collections, her prints have been
exhibited both nationally and abroad and have won many awards
and prizes.
