Two 4th floor artists are being featured at the Rockland Art Center and exhibit space within the Premium Art Outlet, 379 Liberty St., Rockland, MA. The artists are Kathi Dugan and Marie Peters. The exhibit runs through through September until Oct. 4. Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm.
