“Layers of Life”
a mixed media show
May 4 – June 21, 2013
Opening reception: May 4, 7 – 9 pm
Eligibility: Open to all artists
Specifications: 2 dimensional work must be framed with wire on the back ready for hanging. 3D
work should include its own pedestal. A case is available for small items.
Fees: Members $10 per entry, $25 for 3 entries. Non members $12 per entry, $30 for 3 entries
Sales: Gallery 4 receives 30% of the purchase price. No entry may be withdrawn prior to the
close of the show. No pricing changes will be allowed after entry.
Liability: All possible care will be taken, however, Gallery 4 or the 4th Floor Artists will not be held
responsible for loss or damage to any work.
Drop off and pick up:
Work may be dropped off at the gallery on Sat. April 20, 11 am – 3 pm and Tues. April 23, 1-3 pm
Work may be picked up Fri. June 21, 10 am – 3 pm or Sat. June 22, noon – 3pm.
Non refundable fee payable to: Gallery 4 located at 379 Liberty St. Rockland, MA 1st floor.
